(a) Cookies and Similar Technologies: Like many websites, this site uses cookies and similar technologies to track particular aspects of you and other people who visit us.

Cookies are tiny files that are downloaded to your computer to track particular aspects of your activity online to help us learn certain things about our website. This tracking is done to provide us with information on how people move about the site, what is of interest to them and what is not, how our marketing is performing, and incidental items such as what percentage of users access the site from a personal computer versus a mobile phone. Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot presently be used to specifically identify you. We may store such information itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by the Company, affiliates, agents or service providers. The Site may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to our Site. We can use such non-identifiable data to also aggregate personal information with regard to customer demographics and interests, which we may disclose to describe our Services to current and prospective business partners, and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.

(c) Google Analytics and Google Partners (e.g., AD.IQ): We may allow third party service providers to use Cookies or similar technologies to collect information about your browsing activities over time and across different websites following your use of the Site. For more information on how Google uses this data, go to www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/.

(d) Third Party Services: To support the Site, we may use services hosted by third parties. These services may collect information sent by a browser as part of a web page request, including ‘Internet Protocol’ addresses, browser software, and/or clickstream patterns. If you provide a testimonial to us, we will obtain your written consent before publishing your name next to it on our Website and/or social media sites. These websites may collect data about you, use Cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website. We have no control over these third parties and they have their own privacy policies. Neither are we responsible for the activities and practices of these third parties.
