CoachInspire, founded by Dr. Gitima Sharma (“Company”, “I”, “we” or “us”) is dedicated to respecting the privacy of your personal information, and this privacy notice (“Privacy Notice”) describes what information is collected from you on our websites of CoachInspire, mobile versions and related services (hereinafter the “Site”) and your choices about the collection and use of your information when you subscribe to/purchase our services for personal coaching, subscribe to our newsletter, interact with us, participate in our surveys, online advertisements or marketing emails, or engage with any other websites, pages, features, or content we own, operate and/or provide (collectively with the Site, the “Services”).The term “you” refers to anyone who views, uses, and/or visits the Site.
By visiting and using the Site in any manner, you accept and agree to be bound by this Privacy Notice, including without limitation the collection and use of your Personal Information, as defined below. Also, if you provide Personal information in order to obtain access to the Site, we will use your Personal information to provide you with access to such services and to monitor your use of such services. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. If you provide a testimonial to us, we will obtain your written consent before publishing your name next to it on our Website and/or social media sites.
